The house was incredible, the rooms were creative! The house was beautiful and clean. The clubhouse was cool had water rides and a lazy river with a large Pool! The game room was fun! The clubhouse employees have bad attitudes.
Any sign of rain or bad weather the clubhouse shuts down the water area for safety, which I can appreciate. Definitely will rent again!!!

Best vacation ever. We all loved and couldn’t believe the details of each of the themed rooms. The house was spotless and well equipped with everything including a Keurig. We all loved the water park and it was just a convenient 1 block walk. We think the kids enjoyed being at the house more than Disney. Also Mike was great to work with. Security guards and club house employees were nice and helpful. What a great time we had and stayed in the most awesome house ever. We will be back\

Mikes place was amazing! Just as described and as pictured! The club house was a great amenity for the adults and kids, equipped with great service and activities! The house is close to Publix, cvs and Disney, All other activities are about 20-30 minutes away so I’d plan accordingly. As I mentioned before the club house was great, it offered a mini water park for the kids and the house has a personal pool that was also great! The house came equipped with enough tissue, extra rags, towels, and blankets. He also provided pots, pans, silverware, cups, plates and a coffee maker !

Beautiful house in a beautiful community/resort.
The house was very clean and we all loved the themed rooms. Really put a special touch to our stay there.
Our kids enjoyed the upstairs gaming area so much.
We loved the yard/ pool in the house.
The club house has a COMPLIMENTARY arcade room. Never seen that before.
The pool are is very nice and there are plenty of chairs and tables.
The food and drinks in the pool were very reasonably priced. (Pool does not allow outside food or drinks).
There are several grocery stores, a CVS and restaurants within a mile away.
FYI- the community pool does not provide towels.
Coffee is not provided in the home. There’s a Keurig machine so bring your own pods if you want to have coffee.
The host was very attentive and responsive the entire time. Any time we texted him, he would respond back quickly. He even came and brought us a new toaster because the Mickey Mouse one wasn’t working when we tried to use it.
We will definitely be visiting again.

Awesome house! Loved the themes for every room, house was clean, kitchen utensils to use, game loft & the pool was fun to have for an everyday swim. Will definitely stay here again when traveling. Energy felt good 😊

We had a fantastic stay! The home ready for us to enjoy. Everything we needed was there! Our kids loved the themed rooms. The home is really close to Disney and Legoland which was really nice, especially with worn out kiddos at the end of the day. If you want just relax Clubhouse pool very warm water. If we ever make our way back to Orlando, we will definitely stay here again!

Loved every square inch of this house. My personal favorite room was the Harry Potter room. Loved the detail and specially the lighting in all the bedrooms. A must see for families with kids, or grown ups who are kids at heart (we happened to be there for a girls trip). Super clean, convenient location, great clubhouse amenities. Only complaint is wish the food was better at the clubhouse.

Place is amazing. 5 beds and 5 baths I believe. Did not think you could fit all this in 2000 sq ft (I believe). The design of the house is very well thought out. The decor is fantastic- each room with a different theme which was very well executed. House was clean. Good location. Short drive to Disney parks. CVS about a block away and gas station for late snacks close by. Check in was not the best as the host did not add some guests initially so they had to sit the whole day waiting for me- this was the only issue. After all guests were added coming in and out of the community was smooth. Gated community however is a plus.

Pictures are exactly how they look. The resort amenities are fantastic. The house was super clean and the communication was fantastic. Only thing I would recommend would be more kitchen utensils. Will definitely come back!

This is a new beautiful home with a private pool. Each room was amazingly themed with Disney decorations. The outside pool area included a high pub table with stools, 5 pool lounge chairs, grill and outside bathroom making it a great outdoor space.
We loved the amenities at the resort which included massive pool, lazy river, water slides and much more. My children loved playing at the basketball court, beach volley ball court and the putt putt golf course. The adults were able to enjoy drinks and food at the resort pool bar. We will definitely return!

Perfect place for families, friend and love ones. We love (especially the kids) each room has its own them. It’s quiet and clean and Mike (the owner) is pretty quick at responding to. Plus the area comes with the resort amenities which we spend most of our time there :). Overall, I would definitely stay here if we ever visit here again.

What an amazing home, well deserved of a 5-star rating. I am a real estate agent, specializing in investment properties, and this home is truly one of the nicest decorated homes I have viewed. It is so well thought out and decorated beautifully. We were all in awe as we went through each room and saw the amount of time that put into making it the perfect vacation property. The home was neat and clean, and had everything we needed, and a separate game room (loft) where the kids could hang out. The private heated pool kept the kids busy at night after a long day at the parks. The complex has a resort style pool, waterslide, and lazy river, which we spent a full day just hanging out at. We were able to have drinks and eat lunch there as well, while watching the kids have a wonderful time in the pool. This is one of those properties that we will plan to return to on our next trip back. The owners were very responsive to any request we had and worked toward making our vacation perfect. I highly recommend this unit. The pictures are true to what it has to offer!

Amazing house! Feels so clean and new! The owners were quick to respond and checked in on us via text. Great communication! The rooms are so fun super themed all of my kids enjoyed sleeping in them! Also great view off the back and you can see all of Disney’s fireworks in the distance! The club house was great with a slide, kids water playground area, arcade room and restaurant with a bar all in walking distance! My kids all want to stay there next time!

Hello, the place was nice but there was ants in the dining room area and the stair area. Be careful there was also ant piles outside by the pool. One of my children was ate up by them. Also the trash valet didn’t pick up trash daily. So the day we left it was alot of trash in the trash can on the porch. Check out is at 10am and they didn’t have a lot of wash clothes and dry towels, we had to go buy extra for our stay. other than that the stay was nice

Mike and Joyce were exceptional hosts. They have good communication, and their home was accommodating and comfortable. Not only do you have a private pool, but the clubhouse has an entertaining waterpark for adults and children. I would definitely recommend for families. It was truly a fun getaway for my family.
